SOLUTIONS

The industrial division of Astilleros del Ulla deals with the manufacture of all types of components made of “composites” for the industry. In order to do so, molds are designed and built adapted to the demands of the clients and to the manufacturing system process itself. The client determines the final product to be delivered, either the mold or the finished parts.

CONSTRUCTIN SYSTEMS

  • Monolithic hand lay-up for large pieces
  • Vacuum Infusion process, either monolithic or sandwich, for large and medium-sized pieces.
  • R.T.M. light for small and medium-sized pieces of large series.
